At this point we are only 4 days away from the first night of the Honduras Prays meetings, also known as Honduras Ora. There are posters up all over the city, and commercials running on TV and radio around the clock. It’s hard to believe after months of planning, we are finally here!
The rest of the team arrives in Honduras today, and we all owe a big thanks to the those who have been here working hard to organize food, water, and distribution for the upcoming week. Here is a great picture of the Advance teamon Saturday, preparing 6,000 bags of food to be passed out this week in 6 cities around San Pedro Sula.
It has been amazing to see not only the American team hard at work, but the Hondurans as well. Honduras Ora is an amazing testimony to the invisible hand of God at work! Throughout the entire week, it will be clear that God has brought together the right people for this moment. Thousands of people from all backgrounds, cultures, and denominations are coming together under the promise of 2nd Chronicles 7:14.
If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
